Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscription purchases made through the Fusion Indicators website at fusionindicators.com. It is part of, and incorporated by reference into, the Terms of Service and End User License Agreement.

1. First Paid Subscription 7-Day Refund Window

A new customer may request a refund within seven (7) days of their first paid Fusion Indicators subscription purchase. The 7-day window runs from the timestamp of the original successful charge, expressed in Central Time (America/Chicago), and is computed taking daylight-saving-time transitions into account. The deadline is also displayed in Your customer portal at https://fusionindicators.com/my-account/.

If a free trial or promotional period is separately offered, the first successful paid charge after that trial or promotion is treated as the first paid subscription purchase unless the checkout terms state otherwise.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Sign in to your customer portal at https://fusionindicators.com/my-account/.
  2. Open the subscription you want reviewed.
  3. If the subscription is within the refund window and otherwise eligible, the portal will display a refund request form. Submit that form.
  4. You may also contact support@fusionindicators.com from the email address used for the purchase. Refund requests submitted by email are subject to the same eligibility rules as portal-submitted requests.

Refund requests are reviewed manually unless the live workflow later states otherwise. The customer portal may show status messages such as pending, approved, refunded, rejected, refund window closed, or refund completed.

3. What Happens When a Refund Is Issued

If a refund is issued for a subscription purchase:

These consequences follow from the purchase being reversed. They are not punitive.

4. Cancellation Is Not a Refund

You can cancel Your subscription at any time through Your FusionIndicators.com customer portal. Canceling stops future renewals; Your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period unless the account page or plan terms state otherwise.

Cancellation does not by itself create a refund. To request a refund within the 7-day window, follow Section 2.

Fusion Indicators may, but is not required to, send confirmation or reminder emails relating to Your subscription, cancellation, renewal, expiration, refund, or payment status. The absence of any such email does not change Your rights or obligations under this Refund Policy or the Terms of Service. You are responsible for monitoring Your customer portal and the email address associated with Your account.

5. Renewal Payments Are Non-Refundable

Renewal payments are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before Your next billing date.

If a renewal payment fails, the subscription may enter an on-hold, past-due, cancelled, expired, or other payment-failure state according to WooCommerce Subscriptions, the payment processor, and site configuration in effect at the time of the failure. Fusion Indicators does not guarantee any specific number of retry attempts, any specific timing of retries, or any specific email-notice flow for failed-payment events, although such retries and emails may occur according to current operational settings. You may update Your payment method or cancel Your subscription from Your account portal at https://fusionindicators.com/my-account/ at any time.

6. Repeat-Refund Eligibility

A customer who has already received a completed refund for a Fusion Indicators subscription is not eligible for an additional refund on a later Fusion Indicators purchase unless Fusion Indicators approves an exception in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

To enforce this rule, Fusion Indicators identifies repeat refunds by reference to one or more of the following identity signals, considered individually or in combination:

Identity-signal matches generate a flag for review; mismatches and household/family-card false positives are corrected by request via support@fusionindicators.com.

The customer remains free to purchase, subscribe, and use the services if otherwise eligible. The repeat-refund rule applies to additional refund eligibility, not to the ability to subscribe.

Refund-request records, including the identity-signal data used to evaluate eligibility, are processed and retained as described in the Fusion Indicators Privacy Policy.

7. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Reversals

If You dispute a charge through Your card issuer, bank, or payment processor:

(a) Suspension on filing. Fusion Indicators may suspend Your account access, subscription access, downloads, and license validation upon receipt of notice of the dispute and until it is resolved.

(b) Reinstatement if reversed in Fusion Indicators’s favor. If the dispute is resolved in Fusion Indicators’s favor, Fusion Indicators will restore Your access within a reasonable time after notification, and You may pursue any unrelated future purchases subject to this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service.

(c) Forfeiture if resolved against Fusion Indicators. If the dispute is resolved against Fusion Indicators (whether by settlement, evidence ruling, or otherwise), Fusion Indicators will treat the chargeback as the equivalent of a completed refund for purposes of the Repeat-Refund Eligibility rule in Section 6; Your subscription will be considered terminated; and Fusion Indicators reserves the right to decline future purchases by You.

(d) Pre-dispute contact request. Please contact support@fusionindicators.com before initiating a dispute if You believe a charge is incorrect, unauthorized, duplicated, or otherwise mistaken. Contacting support is a request, not a condition of card acceptance, and You retain all dispute rights granted to You by Your card issuer, bank, or payment processor.

8. Taxes, Discounts, and Promotional Credits

Refund amounts reflect amounts actually charged, net of any promotional credits, discounts, taxes, fees, or payment-provider handling that applies to the transaction. Taxes and fees may be refunded according to payment processor rules and applicable law.

9. Relationship to Terms of Service, EULA, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure

This Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. In case of conflict between this Policy and the Terms/EULA, the more specific provision governs with respect to refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, repeat-refund eligibility, and access-reversal consequences.
